I have always been fascinated with sales in general and specifically real estate. The idea of “everyone needs a place to live” has always resonated with me. I’m very good at fitting personalities with properties so I knew I’d be successful.
I have had many great successes but for all of 2021, I held the #1, #2, and #3 highest sales in Boca history!
My marketplace is unique because it is relatively small. When you deal in high-end transactions, a lot of deals are done off-market and so it’s all about “who you know.” Over my career, I have retained many elusive contacts that other realtors would kill to have and that has significantly contributed to my successes. Building and retaining relationships is the backbone of my business.
