They are the number one team in Coldwell Banker Malibu and the number two team for the entire Southern California Coldwell Banker Company.
This dynamic sales duo of Mom and son had over $200 million in total transactions during 2015, with over $3.5 billion in total career sales. They continue to have the number one ranked position for the Malibu Colony Office and have achieved that status consistently for the last 16 years. Sandro just listed The Castle estate by Scott Gillen that is unvarnished for $75,000,000 and situated on one of Malibu’s landmark sites.
Other exciting new listings include The Lake House, newly constructed in Serra Retreat for approximately $22 million, and a Nantucket Beach house in Malibu Colony behind the guard gates for just under $10 million.
Sandro and Irene also attribute the success of their team to their hard working sales associate team member, Lee LaPlante, who has 18 years of real estate experience, and new team member Cooper Mount, who was born and raised in Malibu with a background in film and entertainment.
