Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife is tagging out again.
Reality mama Linda Hogan is selling Villa Di Montagna, the Tuscan-style home allegedly paid for with her generous “divorce dolari” from the WWE’s bandana’d wrestling icon. Her asking price this time?—$5.5 million, according to the property listing by Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker Previews International. Considering what she charged Hulk, this deal could be a bargain.
Linda paid $3.5 million for the nearly 24-acre Simi Valley home in 2010, soon after the breakup and after starring in “Hogan Knows Best,” a reality series that quickly tossed her and her kids through the same fame and fortune turnstile as Hulk (real name Terry Bollea), who also co-starred on the show.
The 6,300-square-foot estate is perched on a hilltop in a private, gated celebrity compound at Wood Ranch, with 360-degree views of the valley, mountain, and Wood Ranch Country Club & Golf Course. The massive property is a stunning value, boasting a spa, vineyard, 2,500-tree avocado orchard, a one-acre private lake with nature preserve, and an award-winning infinity pool with waterslides and waterfalls.
The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom residence was luxuriously remodeled in recent years with interiors by Linda Hogan herself. The residence includes a stone flooring, a grand formal entry, formal living room with inexplicable antler chandelier, inner courtyard, a large kitchen with custom cabinets, dining space with panoramic views, and a detached guesthouse. Linda pinned down an agreement with her Hulky former tag team partner, receiving 70% of the couple’s liquid assets (worth more than $30 million), 40% ownership of the wrestler’s various companies, a $3 million property settlement, $7.44 million of the couple’s $10.41 million held in bank and investment accounts, and a few luxury cars, according to the St. Petersburg Times.
Not a bad deal. If she can wrestle that much from a former Wrestlemania superstar, perhaps she should be wrestling’s heavyweight champion.
