Developed by Mohamed Hadid<\/strong> in conjunction with prominent architect Bob Ray Offenhauser<\/strong> and high-end interior designer Alberto Pinto<\/strong>, the vibrant, 53,000-square-foot estate\u2014currently owned by property\u00a0investor Jeff<\/strong> Greene\u00a0<\/strong>and represented by renowned broker and HLRN partner Joyce Rey<\/strong><\/a>\u2014is comprised of a main house, a full guesthouse, and a slew of outdoor amenities including a pool and spa, an outdoor barbecue station, a tennis court, and a 27-car garage.<\/p>\n

Originally placed on the market in early 2013 for $50 million, legendary performer\u00a0Bob Hope’s Palm Springs house\u2014which some might say resembles a spaceship\u00a0and\/or\u00a0volcano\u2014is still seeking a new owner.<\/p>\n

Measuring in at 23,000 square feet, the\u00a0John Lautner-designed residence\u2014whose price has been chopped in half, at $25 million\u2014features a high, undulating roof, along with open spaces in its walls and ceiling that allow sun rays and starlight to stream in and paint dramatic shadows onto\u00a0its interior. It showcases six bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. A pond, putting greens, and a tennis court also lie on its desert-landscaped grounds, which overlook the beautiful mountains surrounding the area.<\/p>\n
