Mariah Carey has placed her Caribbean compound on Windermere Island in the Bahamas on the market. The asking price for Villa Sea Lilly\u00a0is $5.5 million.<\/p>\n

Estate living on the island is nothing short of posh with more than 4,000 square feet of living space divided amongst four pavilions. The estate also features a 40-foot swimming pool and, for those in constant need of liquid refreshment, every bedroom has a wet bar.<\/p>\n

Carey’s home also has around 3,500 feet of marble walkways and several covered outdoor living areas.<\/p>\n

Villa Sea Lilly actually went on the market a year ago, but just recently has popped up on the real estate radar.\u00a0Carey has many other places to call home when the property sells. She and husband Nick Cannon are currently renting in the Hamptons for $275,000 a month. The couple also owns homes in Bel Air and New York.<\/p>\n
