Kinko’s founder Paul Orfalea has placed his 1,945 acre Montana ranch on the market.<\/p>\n
Orfalea purchased the property back in 2005. It’s located just three miles from Yellowstone National Park.<\/p>\n
The estate, dubbed Grizzly Creek Ranch, features a 4,475 square foot barn that was converted into a lodge meeting place for guests. On the ranch there’s another barn that serves as a guest home with four bedrooms and six baths. There are also four other cabins to house more guests.<\/p>\n
Orfalea’s family uses the main home. It’s a three-bedroom home that comes in at a little more than 3,800 square feet.<\/p>\n
The ranch on the outskirts of Gardiner, Montana has been listed for $25 million. Orfalea and his wife are reportedly selling the property because they don’t get to use the home as much as they would like.<\/p>\n
