The most special property in my opinion is the estate offered for sale at $125,000,000 in Holmby Hills.\u00a0 It has it all..best quality\u00a0construction, guest house, separate property manager’s house, tennis count,\u00a0pool and separate spa\u00a0all situated on\u00a0incredible grounds in one of the most prime areas in Los Angeles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What is the hottest area in your market today?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Malibu are\u00a0very hot right now.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Do you have a iPhone, Android, or a Blackberry?<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What are your plans as a real estate agent in the next 10 years?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just to keep doing what I’ve been doing for the past 25 years.\u00a0 Confidentially negotiating insanely high end deals for the most interesting and diverse\u00a0group of clients in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n
