“Briar Patch”\u2014on Georgica Pond in East Hampton Village\u2014is perched upon 11.2 acres, with a sweeping lawn, gardens,\u00a0mature sycamore, maple and linden trees, trails, and a private pond habitat to local swans, egret, and heron.<\/span><\/p>\n

The property is comprised of a 10,300-square-foot six-bedroom main residence; a\u00a03,500-square-foot, four-bedroom guesthouse (with its own private driveway);\u00a0a secluded tennis court; a 60-foot swimming pool (with changing cabana), an outdoor sundeck with views of the water, and a private pond.<\/p>\n

The \u00a0main residence\u2014called “Shepard Krech House”\u2014was built in 1931 and renovated in 1990 by architect Peter Marino<\/strong>. It has a three-story living room, sunken library, gourmet kitchen, dining area, and third-story gym. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
