The property’s main house has four bedrooms, a gym, a recreation room, and a library. The guesthouse also has an additional three bedrooms, meaning the estate has a total of seven bedrooms and nine full baths. Outside there’s a sports court ideal for tennis, basketball, or ice hockey, along with a private trail system with access to\u2014and views of\u2014the 14,000-foot mountains looming in the distance. In addition, there’s a private gate leading into the Uncompahgre National Forest, and a slew of hiking and riding trails that snake through the compound.<\/p>\n
