In addition, she is a World Cup Polo Champion and an alumnus of Columbia Business School, which gives her the ability to approach real estate with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. She also represents the NJORD, a residential maritime development project known as \u201cthe finest address everywhere in the world.\u201d The residences on NJORD are priced at 8.5 million to 70 million, showcasing the utmost luxury and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did you choose Real Estate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real Estate is a people business, and it found its way to me. Drawn by my innate ability to connect with people. This industry thrives on interpersonal connections, and I discovered my role organically as friends within my international sphere sought my insights on residential destinations. The allure of the exquisite ocean view living in South Florida prompted inquiries, and I readily shared my knowledge. It became second nature for me to direct my network towards trusted contacts within the real estate domain, solidifying my reputation as a reliable reference. Then, a single suggestion from a friend ignited a revelation: “Why not become a broker?” Recognizing my talent as an adept facilitator and an abundant source of information, I embarked on my real estate journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was your journey to where you are today?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing my graduate studies at Columbia Business School, I decided to venture into consulting within the emerging AI industry. Although it was intriguing, I soon realized I yearned for a more creative outlet. The pandemic brought everything to a standstill, prompting me to make a shift. It was during this time that I collaborated closely with the founder and developer of Ocean Residences Development, a 117 luxury residential maritime project. Joining the NJORD development team has significantly shaped my current pivotal role in real estate development with Ocean Residences Development. I’ve been part of the NJORD project since its infancy, even before we had a physical office. Today, we’ve expanded to Monaco and Miami, boasting a stunning sales salon in Coral Gables, Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is one of your favorite client stories?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had a client from the West Coast, and this client was extremely detail-oriented. I had been asked to use FaceTime from my cell phone as the desired unit. I was asked to take the elevator up to the rooftop to film the pool area. The client asked me to time the elevator from the PH to the rooftop, in his mind, the elevator was not fast enough to the rooftop for my client so I lost that deal. Since then, I know how to calculate the speed of an elevator and can give you every detail on vertical transportation systems. I now say, “Don’t worry, I will ask OTIS.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your biggest success story to date?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think the story I am most proud of is that once I passed the real estate exam, I notified my mentor. With much excitement, she said, “Congratulations, now GO GET A LISTING!” I really had no idea how to go after a listing, so using my strong communication skills and ability to connect people and the dots, I landed my first listing ever in Real Estate in 2 weeks! And it was a multi-million dollar listing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes your market unique?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Triple Crown for ONE Sotheby’s represents Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida. Coconut Grove is an old historical neighborhood where my children grew up, and it has transformed over the years. It is full of lush, overgrown banyan trees and gardens and beautiful architecture. My kids named it “The Hundred Acre Wood” after Winnie the Pooh because it was an enchanting place for them to grow up. CocoWalk has an abundance of retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the locals and tourists alike. Coconut Grove has the unique ability to preserve the colloquial world and history with the new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
