The Phoenix-based designer is one of our very own Haute Design Network members, and her work in this house was particularly unique, as the 26-year-old home boasts an \u201cH\u201d-shaped layout.<\/p>\n

Rosensteel tells readers, \u201cMy approach was to offer a very clean, contemporary redesign.\u201d Specific to the kitchen Rosensteel also noted, \u201cYou look past anyone watching TV and straight out to the ocean. There you have a panoramic view of kayakers, paddleboats, fishing and dolphins all day.
