The 77-story luxury development will include 533 fully-furnished residences, multiple dining locations and a luxury rooftop pool deck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company officially went under contract for the property from Patagonian Investment Internacional LLC and the acquisition for the site has been completed, allowing Fortune to further the development and prepare the site for construction of ORA. With these recent milestones, President, CEO, and founder of Fortune International Group, Edgardo Defortuna, expressed his excitement as his company becomes one step closer to breaking ground on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe acquisition of the site and loan closing are principal steps that mark an exciting beginning for ORA by Casa Tua\u2019s vision to take shape,\u201d said Defortuna. \u201cWe are eager for Miami\u2019s community to sense the anticipation and witness the project come to life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ORA plans to create \u201ca true vertical community where people rediscover their relationship with themselves, with others, and the natural world.\u201d Sales have already been launched this past year, and they continue to see great interest in the property, with residences coming into contract soon. The freedom of flexible ownership makes this residence stand out as it will offer short-term, seasonal, and long-term rental flexibility, allowing future residents to consider different ownership options when signing for their units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property&#8217;s groundbreaking is expected to begin in 2025, and the development is expected to be delivered in 2028.
