Arriving from France in the year 2000, Mickael Lancri fell in love with Miami\u2019s ocean skyline and the tropical weather\u00a0that always feels like a vacation. Miami has always been a playground, but he did not underestimate the city\u2019s\u00a0economic potential. He immediately began working with luxury brokerages like Fortune International\u00a0Realty and One Sotheby\u2019s and was an active player in Miami\u2019s rapid market growth.<\/p>\n

Mickael has always been passionate about business development and found a unique way to utilize that passion in real estate. He had a myriad of clients from foreign investors to locals and transients. Mickael created a niche market specializing from Miami Beach and South Beach to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. He became an expert in these areas and found exclusive properties for his sophisticated clientele.<\/p>\n

Why did you choose Real Estate?<\/h3>\n

Through my background in the entertainment industry, I was already dealing with artists and high-profile people. I saw the Development of the South of Fifth neighborhood in Miami Beach in the early 2000s with the construction of The Continuum, The Icon, and The Murano at Portofino buildings I really wanted to be a part of it.<\/p>\n

What was your journey to where you are today?<\/h3>\n

Arriving from France with the American dream in mind, there was no better place than Miami to achieve my goals. I saw the potential and the development of the city and I loved the melting pot of cultures that Miami offered. Getting my Real Estate license was the best way to know the different areas of the city, discover extraordinary properties, and meet great people. The journey started with the Keyes Company on Lincoln Road, then to Luxury Real estate firms like Fortune International Realty and One Sotheby’s, and finally to opening my own brokerage: Mickael Lancri Real Estate.<\/p>\n

What is your biggest success story to date?<\/h3>\n

I have several success stories but one of my favorites was back in 2018, I was sitting in a real estate attorney’s office discussing one of my transactions and I mentioned a building that I found on Fort Lauderdale beach that I thought would be a very good investment. He asked me to look at it and ended up purchasing the building.<\/p>\n

What makes your market unique?<\/h3>\n

Location, International appeal, a booming economy, and great weather make the Miami Luxury Real Estate market unique!\u00a0Miami is a popular destination for wealthy individuals from around the world.\u00a0The economy is booming with a strong job market and a growing tech industry.\u00a0Miami is also known for its unique architecture, featuring modern designs and innovative features.<\/p>\n
