Partnering with the Fortune International Group, they will create a 70-story, 460-unit residential development called Ora.<\/p>\n<p>The development will have two restaurants, a rooftop lounge, and a gourmet market, all founded by Casa Tua. There will also be an entertainment lounge, fitness and wellness center, three-story sky garden, a pool, Jacuzzi, cabanas, and bar.<\/p>\n<p>The building site will be closed on next year by Fortune International, led by Edgardo Defortuna. Not much yet is known about the building besides that, including the financial aspect or the timeline for construction, though sometime in 2023 or 2024 is expected. However, sales of the condo units will start early next year for a base price of $800,000, and there are no restrictions on short-term rentals.
