Located at 200 South Pointe Drive, the property is directly in front of the luxury Continuum residences and within walking distance from the beach and South Pointe Park. It is Black Lion\u2019s latest addition to its diverse portfolio of stunning concept restaurants, luxury rooftop bars, elevated dining and nightlife experiences, and family-forward shopping complexes.<\/p>\n<p>The 12,000 square foot venue of prime mixed-use retail\/restaurant space features an open and multi-storied layout. Highlights of this property include 19\u2019-22\u2019 ceilings, an outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop lounge. Formerly Cibo Wine Bar South Beach, it was purchased from developer Ian Bruce Eichner of The Continuum Company.
