The pop singer’s home in Encino, CA, modern yet rustic with an indoor-outdoor flow, is 10,000 square feet in size and features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, plus a private patio for the Master Suite. It sits on a half-acre property that has a spa, pool, fire pit, and a built-in lounge. Other features include a two-level guesthouse, gym, home theater, and wine room.<\/p>\n

“The Royal Oaks is a wonderful pocket neighborhood, rich in history with many palatial estates peppered throughout the hillside,” adds Los Angeles real estate expert Scott Goshorn<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
