The news marks Alatriste’s departure from an almost decade-long tenure at Engel & V\u00f6<\/em>lkers.\u00a0Having sold over $130 million in 2019 and recognized by the WSJ among the Top Ten agents nationwide in 2019, Alatriste has represented some of Miami\u2019s most noteworthy properties and holds the distinction of most sales in Palm Island.<\/p>\n

Among her highlights from last year are Cher’s former home at 54 La Gorce Drive<\/a>, listed for nearly $20 million; a penthouse listing at Oceana for almost $22 million; and a $13.9 million home in Islamorada<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Previous clients of Alatriste include basketball greats Chris Bosh and Alonzo Mourning of the Miami Heat, Leah and Roy Black, and watch expert Rick de la Croix<\/a>.<\/p>\n
