I think the balconies at 57 Ocean are a statement. You&#8217;ve never seen any project in Miami where you have 12-foot balconies wrapping up the whole building and truly extending the indoor leaving to the outdoors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bernardo Fort-Brescia, FAIA: &#8220;When they (57 Ocean residents) open those doors into the terrace, they will feel the outdoors where they can furnish it and live outside. They actually can live outside. A project like this is responding to a\u00a0new period in the way\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">people evaluate<\/span>\u00a0a place where to live. A customer who thinks it should be expected to appreciate those terraces and how wide and deep they are. They&#8217;re not just there for symbolic gesture of having a terrace so you can check the box. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Wallace &#8220;J&#8221; Nichols: &#8220;chemical, number one source of awe, exciting, sets foot inside&#8230;\u00a0water is the number one way to move into that blue mind state. What we mean by blue mind is that mildly meditative state of mind that makes us feel cool, calm connected, creative, sometimes courageous, and compassionate.\u00a0It&#8217;s a time when we get our best ideas. Architects, artists and musicians throughout all history have said that walking by the water, looking at the water is when (they) got (their) &#8216;aha&#8217; moments and (they) need to write them down.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Vivien Sylvester: &#8220;We used packaging that can be recycled, single cell, looking good, simplification of things&#8230; We use packaging that can be recycled and we reproduce all marine actives naturally through blue bio-technology in the lab. We&#8217;re able to take a\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">single<\/span>\u00a0cell, take it back to the lab and regrow it through by bio-fermentation versus harvesting large amounts of products out of the ocean.
