One upper duplex penthouse is available for $8 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Units in Brickell Flatiron have been purchased by international luxury buyers from Argentina, Colombia, Italy, Mexico and Venezuela. However, U.S. buyers are the biggest bloc, buying over half of all units.
