Melanie Haselmayr:<\/strong>\u00a0Home staging transforms an empty space into a welcoming home. It tremendously changes the first impression of a home.\u00a0Great staging and the right photography will get you more views and attention online. During a showing or Open House, staging allows buyers to sink into the lifestyle we designed – they don’t just walk room after room, but they can experience living in the home, and create an emotional connection with it.<\/p>\n

MH:\u00a0It’s quite simple! We provide a bespoke proposal to every client; once approved our client can sit back and relax. We do everything necessary behind the scenes – space planning, design concept, furniture procurement and site coordination.
