The Alyn<\/span><\/a>\u00a0by<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>Gordon Property Group<\/span><\/a>, officially announced its partnership with fitness company,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>HOMAGE<\/span><\/a>. The venture was created by personal trainers and brother duo, Eric and Ryan Johnson, who have trained a number of high-profile clients such as\u00a0Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Gosling, Sebastian Stan, and Olivia Cooke.\u00a0<\/span>Through this partnership, The Alyn brought in the HOMAGE team to have the company design the building\u2019s multi-level fitness facility, as well as facilitate the onsite fitness class programming. This is the first time tenants will have access to the same training as Hollywood\u2019s top celebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luxury projects\u00a0<\/span>2000 Ocean<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>One River Point<\/span><\/a>\u00a0are incorporating organic, locally-sourced, quality ingredients into his developments and their restaurants. Residents will be able to order complimentary wheatgrass shots which will be available on demand.\u00a0<\/span>Each development will feature its own signature health drink and a specifically-designed healthy snack menu.\u00a0These amenities will be across the board at 2000 Ocean, in partnership with\u00a0<\/a>the Wright Fit<\/a>\u00a0who will handle the health and wellbeing aspects of the project, and at One River Point in its riverfront restaurant, pool deck restaurant and the restaurant in the private Sky Club.<\/span><\/p>\n
