Nicknamed the \u201cEighth Wonder of the World,\u201d the 55,000-square-foot, brand-new construction, located at 924 Bel Air Road<\/a> in Bel Air, California, comes with a $30 million car collection, a full-time seven-person staff, and much more.<\/p>\n

\"Most<\/a><\/p>\n

The \u201cSpelling Mansion,\u201d listed with a price tag of $200 million<\/a>, is the second most expensive listing in L.A.<\/p>\n

\"Most<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThis new construction home, and others currently under construction by my team at BAM Luxury Development, represent a tremendous opportunity to curate luxury real estate that exceeds the demands of the super-wealthy, who desire the best of everything that life has to offer,\u201d says real estate mogul, Bruce Makowsky.<\/p>\n

The high-end developer has been dubbed the \u201cSpec King\u201d for going above and beyond with his exceptionally-designed properties, including his Beverly Hills home that sold in early 2015 for a record-breaking $70 million.<\/p>\n
