The future First Daughter Ivanka Trump, her husband businessman Jared Kushner, and there three children are moving to a new home in Washington, D.C., following President-elect Donald Trump\u2019s win, according to Washingtonian<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Ivanka<\/a><\/p>\n

Located within the Kalorama neighborhood, where the Obamas will also be living, the Trump-Kushner family\u2019s 1923-built, colonial-style house, as described by Zillow<\/a>, was sold for $5.5 million on Dec. 22. It is unclear, though, whether they have purchased the property or will be renting from an owner.<\/p>\n

\"Ivanka<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously owned by Dan K. Rapaport and his wife Irina, according to property records, the 6,870-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house has a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, five wood-burning fireplaces, and a charming garden. The master suite is designed with two walk-in closets, an elegant bathroom with a soaking tub, and a deck overlooking the garden.<\/p>\n
