Pedestrian friendly, Coral Gables provides a break away from fast paced hustle and bustle of a metropolis city with its leisurely and a slow-paced style of living, while still providing city living amenities.<\/p>\n

The most popular building type you\u2019ll find is…<\/strong><\/p>\n

The historic Mediterranean architecture is distinctive of “The City Beautiful” but modern structures give her the perfect blend.<\/p>\n

The average home price is…<\/strong><\/p>\n

The average home sales price for homes in Coral Gables start at $450,000 and can reach all the way to $45 million. With its diverse community, it is only fitting that there be something to meet everyone\u2019s style and need. Whether you\u2019re a young professional looking for a luxury condo, are in search of a sprawling southern, traditional-style family home, or are looking to fulfill your wishes of owning a lavish waterfront mansion, you can find it in Coral Gables.<\/p>\n

One place that stands out to me for its sheer beauty and size is the Venetian Pool. Registers as a National Historic place, unlike any other public pool in the United States.<\/p>\n

The area’s best driving-distance getaways are…<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you are at the center of it all, a getaway can be as close as a few miles away with the bustling nightlife and art galleries of the Downtown\/Midtown area 20 minutes away and the sandy shores and luxury hotels of South Beach only 30 minutes away.<\/p>\n

The best spot to dine fancy is…<\/strong><\/p>\n

My go to place is Hillstones centrally located on Miracle Mile, not only is this a great place to dine but also to enjoy happy hour with colleagues and friends. If you’re looking for an option, more low key consider Caf\u00e9 Abbracci for the best authentic Italian food in town.<\/p>\n

The best spots to find entertainment are…<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love a family strolling through Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden or a nighttime stroll on Miracle Mile as the strips lights for a beautiful city scape.<\/p>\n

The best spot to go shopping is…<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love to shop at Merrick Park for its incredible retail variety. In between shopping I always tend to refuel with a drink and a bite at Mariposa at Neiman Marcus.<\/p>\n

The best place to tee off…<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Golf Course at the Biltmore Hotel is known for its pristine 18 holes and historical hotel vibe. The perfect spot for all golf players of all ranks.<\/p>\n
