A host of amazing amenities\u2013\u2013such as an executive business lounge with conference room; a butler service; an infinity-edge pool and hot tub; a state-of-the-art gym; a spa with treatment rooms; a sauna; a steam room and workout studios; a news caf\u00e9; a club room with bar, children\u2019s playroom, and teen lounge; as well as full-service marina that can handle vessels up to 100-feet long\u2013\u2013will be accessible to occupants of any of the two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, or penthouse apartments.
