The latest property to hit the market is the nearly 100-foot &#8220;Monarch&#8221; houseboat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hauteliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/72574_T_PROPERTY_ELEMENTS_107491.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-rtp-gallery-slider-image wp-image-606082\" src=\"http:\/\/hauteliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/72574_T_PROPERTY_ELEMENTS_107491-753x502.jpg\" alt=\"72574_T_PROPERTY_ELEMENTS_107491\" width=\"752\" height=\"501\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riverhomes.co.uk\/properties\/9184196\/sales\" target=\"_blank\">Monarch <\/a>can currently be found posted up at Prospect Quay. This is ideal since you will be able to use the connecting residential development\u2019s world-class pool and gym\u2013\u2013no big deal. Within the luxurious houseboat, there are two floors of fully furnished happiness. The upper level boasts a large open-plan living area and state-of-the-art kitchen. Downstairs there are three double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with an en suite shower room. Of course, there is a little extra room for whatever hobby you\u2019ve recently collected.<\/p>\n<p>This haute houseboat is being sold by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riverhomes.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Riverhomes<\/a>. The firm suggests that a property with the similar space on land would run you three times the price of this one on water.<\/p>\n<p>Nigel Day, Riverhomes\u2019s houseboat expert tells <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.standard.co.uk\/news\/london\/is-this-londons-most-expensive-houseboat-vessel-on-sale-for-13m-a3210001.html\" target=\"_blank\">The Standard<\/a><\/em>, \u201cThe price reflects the fact that it has an indefinite mooring. Most houseboats have a one- to five-year mooring. The houseboat owners at this pier each own a part of the mooring and so are not only subject to a landlord\u2019s price rises, but group together to share maintenance costs. Even if the owners choose to sell the boat itself, they can moor another boat at that berth. It\u2019s the marine equivalent of a shared freehold.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Monarch will cost you a cool \u00a31.3 million ($1,856,335). Not bad for a luxury boat that you can live on, especially because it&#8217;s sure to be the coolest pad among your peers.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-3590902 gallery-columns-3
