For $30 million, Zoran Ladicorbic, the designer whose clothes have been labeled, “Gap\u00a0for the very rich”, is prepared to part with his longtime home and office.<\/p>\n

Located\u00a0at\u00a09 Jay Street in Manhattan,\u00a0the\u00a0town house,\u00a0which\u00a0was once a\u00a0stable for horse-drawn ambulances, has\u00a0served as an office for the fashion designer for 30 years.\u00a0The\u00a06,300-square-foot, loft-like town house has 50 windows and a\u00a0large rooftop terrace that offers amazing views of the city that never sleeps.\u00a0Unlike in the case of most\u00a0New York City town houses, this one is\u00a0stationed on a\u00a0corner and isn’t bunched in between other houses or buildings.\u00a0For those interested in the purchase, it should also be noted that there’s an additional\u00a01,800 square feet of space that can be developed.<\/p>\n

The 67 Hudson Street\u00a0apartment that Ladicorbic\u00a0has called home can be found on the building’s third floor and features\u00a01,900 square feet. “Staple Street Bridge,” which currently connects the\u00a0neighboring properties, was built in 1907 and was used to move patients from the Jay Street stable to the hospital clinic that\u00a0was located in what is now\u00a067 Hudson Street.\u00a0It’s currently the only private skybridge for sale throughout New York City, according to Nestseekers International’s\u00a0Kaptan Unugur.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoever buys this is really buying a piece of Tribeca history,\u201d adds the broker, who, along with\u00a0Bravo\u2019s Million Dollar Listing New York’s<\/em>\u00a0Ryan Serhant, will be listing the packaged properties.<\/p>\n
