synonymous with the development of luxury condominiums and waterfront properties, and also the restoration\u00a0of\u00a0landmarked buildings throughout high-profile\u00a0areas\u00a0like Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami, has partnered with East End Ventures to build condominiums, which\u00a0will be\u00a0located at 1, 3, and 5 Ferry Road.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We really feel our boutique luxury aesthetic is beautifully aligned with the intentions for this residential development,&#8221; says Jeffrey Simpson, Greystone\u2019s head of property development, whose goal is to create one of the most sought after residential locations in the Hamptons.<\/p>\n<p>To date, Greystone has developed over $1 billion in residential and mixed-use properties and has\u00a0worked closely with the communities it
