What do you think is the top priority for a top broker, such as yourself, to accomplish in order to remain a top broker in the Vero Beach market?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are many qualities that I feel are vital to remaining the top in any market. It\u2019s important to be knowledgeable about your market and an expert in your field. \u00a0This takes on-going training, education and experience. A broker needs to develop an understanding of the each client\u2019s needs, goals and lifestyles in order to fit them with the perfect property.\u00a0 It is also important to develop and maintain a reputation of being an honest and ethical person to do business with. Personally, I\u2019m passionate about what I do and I show up each day enthusiastic about what the day might bring.<\/p>\n

What is your most memorable sale to date?<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the highlights of my career was selling a riverfront estate where Prince Charles would stay during his visits to Vero for Polo matches. Another was when Gloria Estefan and her family purchased two beautiful oceanfront properties that I had listed.<\/p>\n

Why did you decide to get into the real estate sector?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 1978 my husband established our company and I decided to work along with him, eventually managing the residential division. Our children were young then and now, over 30 years later, our two children are also apart of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.<\/p>\n
