Florida is rapidly becoming one of the most populous states in the country with around 1,000 people relocating to the state each day. In fact, Gemini, a property on the island, has been recently put on the market for just under $200 million\u2013tying it for the nation\u2019s most expensive listing. The 15.6-acre, 62,220 square-foot-compound stretches the entire width of the island\u2013from ocean to Intracoastal.
