Combined, the billboards stretch across two acres and can be seen from the north, south, east, and west.<\/p>\n<p>Simkins told the Miami Herald, \u201cThe iconic tower will elevate the city\u2019s brand on a global level, enhance the city skyline, and complement and enhance the surrounding community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The building is part of a larger plan: the\u00a0proposed nine-tower \u201cMiami Innovation District\u201d on the edge of downtown and Overtown, one of Miami\u2019s poorest neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/newwebdev.wordpress-developer.us\/hauteresidence\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/miami2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2641276\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
