Her asking price this time?\u2014$5.5 million, according to the property listing by Christophe Choo<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0Coldwell Banker Previews International. Considering what she charged Hulk, this deal could be a bargain.<\/p>\n

The massive property is a stunning value, boasting a spa, vineyard, 2,500-tree avocado orchard, a one-acre private lake with nature preserve, and an award-winning infinity pool with waterslides and waterfalls.<\/p>\n

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom residence was luxuriously remodeled in recent years with interiors by Linda Hogan herself.
