This may not surprise you, but 90210 has been named the toniest zip code in America \u2014 at least when it comes to luxury home sales.<\/p>\n

According to Coldwell Banker\u2019s Luxury Market Report, Beverly Hills ranked number one for the most luxury home sales at the price of $10 million and over.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn Beverly Hills, location is typically worth about 35% of a home\u2019s value,\u201d explains Coldwell Banker Previews International\u2019s Executive Director Joyce Rey.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 Irreplaceability and privacy are also factors.<\/p>\n

Beverly Hills isn\u2019t the only SoCal city that topped this list:\u00a0 Montecito (#3), Bel Air (#4), Brentwood (#6) and Malibu (#7) also made the cut.<\/p>\n
