We\u2019ve all heard it before: location, location, location.\u00a0Nowhere is that more important than in private residential real estate.\u00a0Most people know what area of Florida they want or need to live in, but that\u2019s just the beginning.\u00a0Do you want to live on waterfront property? If so, do you prefer oceanfront or riverfront?\u00a0Do you want a gated community, or do you prefer an open neighborhood? Do you like managing your own landscape and having the freedom to do what you want with your property, or do you want to live in a highly maintained community tightly controlled by an HOA?\u00a0And if you have school age children, then schools are certainly an important consideration.\u00a0Once you answer these types of questions, you can close in on your preferred location.<\/p>\n
