The highly anticipated Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences<\/a> has finally broken ground on its second luxury tower in North Miami Beach, just three weeks following the\u00a0completion of its first building.\u00a0Top brokers, city officials, and\u00a0a mixture of real estate bigwigs\u00a0gathered\u00a0to celebrate\u00a0the event on February 21st.<\/p>\n

“Every phase of this project is progressing on schedule,” said Anthony Burns<\/strong>, a principal of the DevStar Group<\/a>,\u00a0which is developing the project with Neil Fairman<\/strong> and The Plaza Group<\/a>. “With each milestone, we’re closer to bringing this unique, multi-phased development to fruition.”<\/p>\n

The south tower’s site has been graded, and the general contracting company\u00a0charged with its undertaking\u2014Coastal Construction\u2014has already began mobilizing its troops\u00a0in order execute the\u00a0first building stage, which involves site preparation and the employment of augers to drill and install support pilings in order to create the base of the foundation.<\/p>\n

Situated at 172nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard with over 750 feet of pristine waterfront, the Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences is a new luxury condominium development whose two 25-story towers will together offer 468 residences.<\/p>\n

The finished\u00a0north tower\u2014which is already sold out\u2014consists of two-, three-, and four-bedroom havens and will feature a number of luxury amenities including butler service, an infinity-edged pool and hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness hub, a spa equipped with treatment rooms, a sauna, a news cafe, a club room with a bar, and a children’s playroom and teen lounge. Residents will also enjoy secure, gated access with 24-7 valet service.<\/p>\n

The south tower\u2014whose sales are currently underway\u2014will boast many of the same perks.<\/p>\n

Upon its completion, it will\u00a0have 112 boat slips designed to accommodate yachts up to 90 feet long.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marina Palms has attracted a high-profile mix of interested buyers, including champion race-car driver Helio Castroneves<\/strong>, famous for being a three-time winner of\u00a0the Indianapolis 500. “By living in South Florida you are automatically lured by the ocean.
