Gary Winnick, a financier who is CEO of\u00a0Pacific Capital Group, is making waves in the real estate world after discretely putting his\u00a07.5-acre Bel Air estate on the market. Curbed reports that the Winnick is asking $225 million, which would make it the most expensive residence ever to hit the US market.<\/p>\n

Known as Casa Encantada, this property was built\u00a0in the 1930s by widow Hilda Bolt for $2.1 million before being sold to famed hotelier Conrad Hilton for \u00a0$225,000 in 1950. Winnick acquired the property in 2000 for $90 million.\u00a0A 28,725 square foot\u00a0Georgian-style mansion, this property boasts 7 bedrooms, 20 full bathrooms, and a garage with room for 15 cars.<\/p>\n
