Wondering where these exclusive streets are located? The list includes:\u00a0Sniffen Court in Murray Hill,\u00a0Love Lane \/College Place and\u00a0Grace Court Alley\u00a0in Brooklyn Heights,\u00a0Henderson Place in the Upper East Side,\u00a0Pomander Walk of the Upper West Side,\u00a0Warren Place in Cobble Hill,\u00a0Collister Street in Tribeca, and\u00a0Sylvan Terrace in Washington Heights.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey come at a premium and they sell rather quickly because of the uniqueness \u2014 and because they come up so rarely,\u201d says Nest Seekers\u2019 Natalie Weiss to The Real Deal<\/em> about a specific hideaway street.<\/p>\n\n
