What do you see as your company\u2019s greatest success in 2012?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The support we receive as Coldwell Banker\/Previews agents is un-paralleled. Our company organizes preview meetings every other month wherein the top agents network and discuss all of the activity in the Westside high end market.<\/p>\n

Each area has a designated specialist who pinpoints the strengths and weaknesses within their market.\u00a0 These meetings are invaluable because over a period of two hours every other month, the Previews agents receive an updated overview of the entire Westside market.\u00a0 That is how we maintain the lion’s share of the market.<\/p>\n

What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities in the coming year ahead?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe that once we overcome the fiscal cliff obstacle along with the uncertainty surrounding mortgage interest deductions, our market will be poised to really take off.\u00a0 We have built a strong foundation in 2012 and the high end money ($10 million+) is out buying.<\/p>\n

What changing market aspects will have the greatest impact on the way you conduct business in 2013?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once again, the resolution of our economic issues is very important.\u00a0 Everyone’s hoping for the best.\u00a0 If the mortgage interest deduction is limited or eliminated, we will have to adjust our business in the lower range between $2-$5 million.<\/p>\n

What is it about you and your company that sets you apart from the rest?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My company and I are very unique in that we offer what no other group offers…The most knowledgeable group of agents in the world who are uniquely qualified to handle the cream of the crop in the real estate market.\u00a0 Power through knowledge.<\/p>\n

What are the most important questions a client should ask themselves before selecting an agent in your market?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The most important questions a client should ask themselves before selecting an agent in our area is:\u00a0 How well does my agent know the\u00a0area?\u00a0\u00a0How much time has he spent marketing my area?\u00a0 How solid is the agent\u2019s\u00a0reputation among his peers?\u00a0 Can I trust this agent?\u00a0 Is this agent a specialist in my area or are they spread thinly all over town?\u00a0 Will I get personalized attention from this agent?\u00a0 How realistically is the pricing?<\/p>\n
