What do you see as your company\u2019s greatest success in 2012?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, our brokerage Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates outsold our nearest competitor by 15% in 2012, with more than 60% of our transactions in the luxury market. \u00a0We relocated to new offices and grew our sales force as well.<\/p>\n

What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities in the coming year ahead?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Buying into the Jackson market has terrific tax benefits for someone looking to get out of a high tax burden state. \u00a0Although our inventory is at its lowest, prices have only begun to rise, so this is an opportune time to invest in an amenity-rich resort town.<\/p>\n

What changing market aspects will have the greatest impact on the way you conduct business in 2013?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Web-based real estate sites are where\u00a0a lot\u00a0of potential clients search prior to contacting a realtor. \u00a0Convincing those Buyers and Sellers that my team, LintonBingle Associate Brokers, is their best choice in Jackson Hole is the biggest challenge. \u00a0Buyers could easily end up with a less experienced, less knowledgeable realtor. \u00a0Capturing that traffic, driving them to our website, and convincing them that we are their “go-to” team, is my marketing\u00a0challenge.<\/p>\n

What is it about you and your company that sets you apart from the rest?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My individual sales records in Jackson Hole have always placed me in the top percent and this past year was a record one.\u00a0I\u00a0am recognized throughout the community as the premier Broker with an excellent reputation for service and professionalism. A\u00a0few months ago,\u00a0I\u00a0partnered with Betsy Bingle, an Associate Broker with years of luxury project sales in the U.S. and internationally. \u00a0Together we are the most dynamic and client centered team in Jackson Hole.<\/p>\n
