They\u2019re trying to test the upper limits of what ultra-rich investors are willing to pay for property in the city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo one knows where the ceiling is and they\u2019re trying to find it,\u201dSaid Nancy Packes, a marketing and design consultant to New York residential builders. According to data compiled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, 2,386 newly built luxury condos will be listed for sale in Manhattan in 2015, which is the most on record.<\/p>\n<p><em>Details
