Since March 2010, Pete Sampras has been trying to sell his mansion in Thousand Oaks, Calif. for $25 million. He\u2019s been looking for a grand slam buyer but he\u2019s been serving out since then, even slicing the price down to $20 million.<\/p>\n
In 2009, Sampras built the mansion from the ground up with seven bedrooms and twelve bathrooms on a twenty-acre hilltop. The backyard is stacked with an infinity pool and a tennis court fit for the king of swing.<\/p>\n
Sampras has decided to move on from his ultra modern luxurious mansion, but so far he\u2019s swung and missed on potential buyers. Now he\u2019s on his year, and as the economy slowly moves for the better, an optimist would say buyers will serve up their best offers for the 16,000 square foot home.<\/p>\n
