The Egyptian-born designer, known for his off-beat designs, purchased the property in 2008 for $2.475M.<\/p>\n<p>One would imagine that any designer would have a very particular vision for their own home, and Rashid&#8217;s loft certainly lives up to that standard. In an exclusive feature in\u00a0<em>Interior Design<\/em>\u00a0magazine recently, we got a peek into the 42 feet x 42 feet space.
