As November rolls in and fall is officially upon Orange County, the leaves may be changing but its elite real estate stands still.<\/p>\n

There was no change in Orange County\u2019s mega-mansion market (that is homes listed for $20 million or more) during October\u2014 neither in price nor number of homes listed in the category.\u00a0 The same eight mega-mansions that were officially listed for sale in October and September remain on the market for the same prices.\u00a0 There were nine mega-mansions on the O.C. market in August, eight in July, and 11 in June.<\/p>\n
